It's only natural and indeed sensible to want to prepare for the promotion boards and to support you through the process, we would like to invite you to a workshop.

What does the workshop consist of?

• The workshop will give you an overall understanding of the boards process.
• It will provide an opportunity to discuss the boards process with an officer who has recently passed the boards process.
• You will understand how best to prepare for the interview and presentation including information on helpful techniques and tips.
• Ultimately, the workshop will alleviate any concerns about going through the boards process
