A Messaging Support Engineer is required for a permanent contract with British Transport Police (BTP) based in Camden, London paying up to £36,563.09.

BTP is the national police Force for Britain’s railways. Every day we ensure the safety and security of over six million passengers and staff throughout England, Scotland and Wales. As a Messaging Support Engineer with BTP you will form part of programme team implementing Office 365 services across the Force, offering specialist support and advice in regards to the transformation of messaging services.

Key activities include:

  • Assist with the delivery of Office 365 services
  • Collaborate with IT colleagues and offer specialist messaging guidance
  • To work as part of the wider Infrastructure Team to support core products

Experience of the below technologies is desirable:

  • Exchange 2003, 2010, 2013
  • MS Office Suite 2003 and 2010
  • Office 365 working knowledge
  • MS Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012
