We are looking to recruit a Full Time Business Analyst for a 12 month FTC/Secondment to work within the Digital Policing Department based at our Force Headquarters in Camden, London (out based working and work from home for part of the week will be supported) paying up to £41,539.

BTP is the national police Force for the rail network throughout Great Britain, including London Underground, across which we ensure the safety and security of nearly 3 billion passenger journeys and over 100 million tons of freight every year. The world in which we work is fast-paced, operationally and commercially demanding, and constantly changing. As the Transition Manager for the Single Online Home project you will support the Implementation Lead to deliver a significant project that will transform the way in which BTP and the public engage.


 Key activities include:

•Act as a conduit between the business units, organisational stakeholders and project team.

•Investigation, analysis, review and documentation of business functions and processes.

•To discover and present opportunities for process improvements.

 
Key requirements include:

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•A good understanding of business change.

• Related business analyst work experience involved in large scale business transformation projects.

•Experience in business analysis, requirements development and reporting.

•Experience of working with different project methodologies.
