A Finance & Business Information Manager is required for a permanent role paying up to £39,338 with British Transport Police (BTP) based in Central London.

BTP is the national police Force for Britain’s rail network. Every day we ensure the safety and security of over six million passengers and railway staff throughout England, Scotland and Wales. As Finance & Business Information Managerwith BTP you will lead and task a Business Information team that will provide quality financial, management and workforce information in support of London area operations and the planning of the area Senior Management Team.

 

As Finance & Business Information Manager you will be required to:

  • Provide management of workforce planning including reporting, forecasting, management of workforce information
  • Provide HR details for period end reporting, forecasting and budget including headcounts, FTEs, performance of actual v budget etc.
  • Build, develop and maintain a strong link between HR and Finance for effective workforce and financial planning across the area.

  • Full recognised CCAB qualification or similar
  • Project management skills including business, financial and HR processes
  • Extensive experience of analysis, reporting and research
  • Good numerical/financial knowledge and skills
