British Transport Police (BTP) is the national police force for Britain’s rail network. Every day we ensure the safety and security of over six million passengers and railway staff throughout England, Scotland and Wales.

We are looking to recruit a Learning and Development Administrator to be based from in our Learning and Development Centre in Central London on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months. The salary for this position is £21,033.15 with £2,634 London Allowance.  

Role Profile:

  • Administration of all training course bookings, including all necessary arrangements related to delegates, resources and facilities.
  • Preparation of course materials required for the delivery of training
  • Acting as lead administrator for one specific faculty (e.g. Personal Safety Training)
  • Providing first line support for all internal training queries received at the Business Centre via email or telephone.

The successful Learning and Development Administrator will be required to evidence the following skills/experience:

  • Administrative experience
  • Competent IT Skills 
  • Communication and organisational skills
