British Transport Police (BTP) have an exciting opportunity for a permanent Messaging Support Analyst to be based at our Technology Department in Camden.

BTP is the national police Force for Britain’s rail network. Every day we ensure the safety and security of over six million passengers and railway staff throughout England, Scotland and Wales. As Messaging Support Analyst with BTP you will offer excellent 2nd line support to the Mobile Team for issues regarding the support and deployment of information to BTP Blackberry and Mobile estate. This role will support the availability of connectivity through the administration of the high availability and disaster recovery elements incorporated in BTP’s MDM platform solution.

Key requirements for the role include:


• Experience of working in a demanding team environment supporting the delivery of technology as part of intelligence led business.
• Experience of dealing with 1st and 2nd line fix processes.
• Experience of working with mobile devices (preferably Blackberry)
