Facilities & Logistics Administrator is required for a Permanent Contract role paying up to Â£20,817.00 per annum with British Transport Police (BTP) based in Albany House, 55 Broadway, London.

BTP is the national police Force for the rail network throughout Great Britain, including London Underground, across which we ensure the safety and security of nearly 3 billion passenger journeys and over 100 million tons of freight every year. The world in which we work is fast-paced, operationally and commercially demanding, and constantly changing. As Facilities & Logistics Administrator with BTP you will work as part of the Facilities & Logistics team to deliver services of Facilities, Logistics and/or Health & Safety.

 

As Facilities & Logistics Administrator you will be required to:

 

  • Vehicle Fleet: Carry out all administration tasks in support of the vehicle fleet including recording mileage and fuel consumptions. Organise repairs, maintenance, tyre replacements etc.

 

•           Health & Safety: Record Health & Safety returns and carry out regular monthly to six monthly audits as specified by the Facilities & Logistics Manager.

 

•           Estates: Carry out hands on supervision of contractors and administration. Provide a contractor vetting service in accordance with BTP security protocols and TfL policies.

  • Previous administrative experience with demonstrable organisational ability and attention to detail.

 

  • Previous experience in Facilities & Logistics.

 

  • Experience of scheduling meetings or events, preparing agendas and documentation, taking accurate notes as needed.
