British Transport police (BTP) require an Administrator on a Part Time contract paying £22,853.24 (pro rata) plus a London Allowance of £2,520.00 (pro rata) to join our Community Safety and Engagement Unit (CSEU) in central London (SE1).

BTP is the national police Force for Britain’s railways. Every day we ensure the safety and security of over six million passengers and staff throughout England, Scotland and Wales. As an Administrator in the CSEU, you will provide a professional, consistent and customer-focused service across a range of administrative tasks, ensuring that this meets all relevant BTP service standards, measures, and requirements.

As an Administrator, you will be required to:

  • Update and maintain online and paper databases as appropriate, including information webpages
  • Respond to internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all service standards are met. 
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Data Protection legislation
  • Order items as required by the CSEU to ensure the department functions to a high standard

Requirements:
